The GOLEM is a legendary Jewish creature made from clay. It was “soulless” until a slip of paper with the Hebrew word “Emet” = TRUTH was placed inside of it. GOLEMS are thought of as protectors and good luck charms. Each of my hand-crafted GOLEMS are waiting to become your personal guardians. The Hebrew word GOLEM means something incomplete or unfinished, as in the verse “Thy eyes did see My unfinished substance (golmi)” (Psalms 139:16). In Medieval times, the GOLEM was created to protect Jewish communities as in the infamous GOLEM of Prague.
In such uncertain times, everyone of us could use a guardian Golem in our lives.

These iconic and magical one-of-a-kind figurines are individually sculpted, and can be custom-made for you. Bring home this mystical and mythical protector, to grace your garden, kitchen, office, or home. GOLEMS also make great gifts! Especially for the holidays.

Every GOLEM is fired twice, glazed and hand-decorated, and will last a lifetime, indoors or out. Inside the GOLEM, there is a “secret” place to insert a small piece of paper, a prayer, a wish, or a note to God. I have included a slip of paper for you to use, the tradition was to write the word “EMET” = TRUTH or in Hebrew = אמת - but you may write whatever you like on the paper.

Each GOLEM measures about 2 inches wide by 3 and 1/2 inches tall. Upon ordering, you will receive ONE GOLEM, already carefully wrapped and placed in a gift box, along with an official “Letter of Authenticity” and a slip of paper to write upon that can be placed inside the GOLEM.
